Sabre Experience: Jayme heads of the Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships for Sabre’s Lodging, Ground & Sea organization (LGS). She joined the LGS Travel Network organization as Sr. Director of Product Management in November 2016 supporting the Lodging, Ground & Sea organization. Her focus is on products that deliver content to the distribution channel for hotels, car, cruise, rail and tour. In addition, she is co-led a major initiative for sabre to redesign the distribution model for hotels; offering a single platform to meet the multiple needs of our customers. Arriving at Sabre in 2013, Jayme led a Consulting Practice in Airline Solutions; her team provided PSS implementation consulting and consulting for business strategy development of integrated service strategies including: Leveraging the Voice of the Customer, Service Delivery, Net Promoter Score, Customer Journey Mapping and CRM Data Mining for Service Insights, Contact Center Strategies, Optimizing Sales and Creating Continuous Feedback Loops to drive Six Sigma / Lean processes. Consulting clients include: Aerolineas, Copa, Etihad Airways, Air Serbia, Alitalia and Air Berlin.
Education: A certified Six Sigma / Lean Green Belt, Jayme has a Masters of Business from Xavier University, attended graduate seminars in global economics at the Sophia University, Tokyo and undergraduate studies at the University of Cincinnati.
Former Experience: Prior to joining consulting, Jayme held several leadership positions at American Airlines, US Airways and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines in Call Center Operations, Sales, Marketing and Process Improvement. During her career she was the business champion for a major I.T. project that changed the way cruise air was marketed and sold and in 2006 she was named Contact Center Leader of the year by IQPC (International Quality Productivity Center). In addition, Jayme was also the CMO for The Global Leaders, an on-line networking community for C-level executives in Business, Education, Government and Philanthropy.
