Abhishek is a senior leader with over 22 years of technology, business and consulting experience leading and delivering technology strategy, digital business transformation, cloud migration, systems integration and software development programs. Abhishek is currently a Senior Director at Marriott International leading the Global Reservations Platform Engineering team. He is currently leading the digital & technology transformation initiative at Marriott that involves replacing the reservations platform (supporting 9000 hotels in 139 countries) and rearchitecting major peripheral systems.

Abhishek is an expert in leading major transformation programs. During his career progression, he has led end-to-end design and implementation of complex business and technical solutions involving multi-disciplinary distributed teams (product, program and engineering) of 30 – 200+. Experienced in leading RPA and Blockchain initiatives to optimize costs and increase efficiency. Partnered with leading cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Other) and package vendors to deliver complex initiatives for customers.
