Ron Trog, Senior Manager with Best Western Hotels and Resorts, is responsible for overseeing distribution channels including GDS, DirectConnect and property reservation delivery.  He has over 35 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.  Ron acts as a liaison between various internal business units, IT and business partners.

Ron has been instrumental in the implementation of several mission critical business services utilizing XML and OpenTravel standards.  Best Western has been a member of OpenTravel since 2000.
