Enabling the Future of the Connected Consumer Experience
AUSTIN, TEXAS, USA (March 5, 2018) — OpenTravel Alliance (OpenTravel), a nonprofit responsible for developing and maintaining interoperability for disparate systems in all verticals of the travel industry, is pleased to extend its partnership with Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®) and co-locate European conferences in April 2018. OpenTravel will co-locate its Advisory Forum, taking place from 11-13 April 2018, with HFTP’s HITEC Amsterdam, taking place from 11-13 April 2018. Both events will take place at the RAI Convention Centre in Amsterdam.
Online registration and housing is open for the OpenTravel Advisory Forum. Agenda highlights for the Advisory Forum include: education from recognized technology leaders, case studies from companies utilizing OpenTravel standards, collaborative panels on enabling the consumer experience, evolving distribution standards, collaboration stories on standards, networking and more. Also, the results from the OpenTravel Virtual Hackathon held in March will be revealed at the OpenTravel Challenge.
Education topics range from GDPR and evolving distribution standards to hospitality and tourism in Europe. As an organization that represents the business and leisure consumer’s end-to-end travel, the OpenTravel Advisory Forum will feature the latest travel trends for a unified consumer experience.

Together, OpenTravel and HFTP encompass an extended group of stakeholders and industry professionals; combining resources will enable better communication, and allow stakeholders to conduct business more efficiently.
